The HR Agent handles day-to-day leave, payroll drafts, hiring paperwork, and common PF questions. Payroll and offer letters always stop for your sign-off. Short casual/sick leave can auto-approve only when it fits the policy you set.
What it does
Tracks headcount and leave balances, drafts payroll summaries and payslips for review, prepares JD/offer documents, and answers floor FAQs about PF, leave, and hours - in plain language.
Everything routes through the same confirm-and-log habit as the rest of ZerostaffOS: propose → you say yes → then write to Excel.
